TODO: Will have to change schema in DB for a Grant. The schema currently only contains the 'description' field, but we need to add an 'application_requirements' and 'additional_notes' field for the data to persist upon reload - the changes to the 'application_requirements' and 'additional_notes' field are only persisting in a singular user session right now.
