Had some comments mostly to replace buttons with our reusable button component and use react icons instead of ascii. There's a built in logo param on the component

Implemented the grant status dropdown for the filter bar.

Did you notice anything ugly during the course of this ticket? Any bugs, design challenges, or unexpected behavior? Write it down so we can clean it up in a future ticket!
Other buttons are UI only, they need functionality connected.
EDIT: Pre-merge checks will fail due to code that isn't being used right now (functionality is only for one button so far). Also, dropdown gets slightly cut off at screen sizes of 1/2 and less. I think this is because of the absolute positioning, but I looked online for standard fixes, none of which worked. If anyone has a suggestion on how to make it work lmk!!
