I have added a feedback form on the client-side which is available only to logged-in users by routing it to user dashboard

I've removed the email slot from the form and added tailwindcss, to reflect the overall website's design, so it should render as such, I can't access it since sign up button isn't responsive. I also have code for a modal of the feedback but couldn't find exactly where too add it.
