A new and improved version of the JARVIS I created in 2020
This version works with Tensorflow and NLP. The answers are hardcoded, and will be picked randomly. The questions
however, will be used to train a model. Check training.py to see how it trains.
If models folder is empty, then run training.py first, and then run chatbot.py.
After installing nltk, run this in the console.

He showed me how to make the training.py and chatbot.py. I added a few arguments after that,
like "type" (see intents.json). I don't completely understand the entire code, but I think
I understand enough.
