Migrates all Partner Node (API) templates from CLOSED SOURCE MODELS categories into their corresponding GENERATION TYPE categories. Changes: - Moved 26 Image API templates → Image category - Moved 34 Video API templates → Video category - Moved 6 3D API templates → 3D Model category - Moved 3 Audio API templates → Audio category - Moved 2 LLM API templates → LLMs category - Added OpenSource: false field to all 71 API templates - Removed all CLOSED SOURCE MODELS category sections - Bumped version from 0.2.9 to 0.3.0 This enables the frontend to filter Partner Nodes using the OpenSource field and display them in a unified virtual category while keeping them organized by generation type.

This PR migrates all 71 Partner Node (API) templates from CLOSED SOURCE MODELS categories into their corresponding GENERATION TYPE categories (Image, Video, 3D Model, Audio, LLMs). Each API template now has OpenSource: false field added, enabling the frontend to filter and display them in the new Partner Nodes virtual category. The CLOSED SOURCE MODELS category group has been removed entirely. Version bumped from 0.2.9 to 0.3.0 for PyPI release. This coordinates with frontend PR #6542 which implements the Partner Nodes filtering UI.
