PR Description

Added test for successful creation with a valid URL
Added test for providing multiple valid endpoints
Added tests for error cases with empty URL list and null URL list

Documentation

I thought about documentation and added the doc-change-required label to this PR if updates are required.

Changelog

I thought about adding a changelog entry, and added one if I deemed necessary.
