Add translations for the ghost/autocomplete settings section: - ca, cs, de, es, fr, hi, id, ko, pt-BR, th, tr, uk, zh-TW Total: 143 translation keys across 13 languages (11 keys per language)

Translated the errorDetails.link key from English 'Details' to the appropriate translations in the following locales: - pt-BR: Detalhes - tr: Ayrıntılar - pl: Szczegóły - ca: Detalls - id: Detail Note: nl (Dutch) and de (German) were not changed as 'Details' is a valid word in those languages.

Introduces state atoms and hooks for managing async condense context requests, including pending request tracking, resolution, and timeout handling. Refactors the condense command to use a new condenseAndWait method, updates CommandContext and related tests, and integrates condense request handling into the message handler effect. Adds comprehensive tests for condense state management.
