ISOChecker Executable Release

Hey Everyone,
The development for ISOChecker is finally finished!
It's not the prettiest, but it gets the job done.
I hope you like it.

Currently, it can only work with SHA256 and GPG signatures.
If you don't want to use the built Linux and Windows Binaries, you can use the python file itself.

This release only has files for Windows and Linux. MacOS Binaries not supported, because I don't have a Mac.

(Linux Binary Removed due to compilation issues across distros)
