Crunchy Data announces the release of the Crunchy Container Suite 4.7.2 on August 17, 2021.

The Crunchy Container Suite is released in conjunction with PGO, the Postgres Operator from Crunchy Data.

Crunchy Container Suite 4.7.2 release includes the following software versions upgrades:

  • PostgreSQL is updated to 13.4, 12.8, 11.13, 10.18, and 9.6.23.
  • PL/Tcl is now included in the PostGIS (crunchy-postgres-gis-ha) container.

Changes

  • The pgbackrest_info.sh script (as utilized for pgMonitor integration) is now included in the base PostgreSQL container (crunchy-postgres)

Fixes

  • Sensitive pgBackRest configuration is now hidden when pgBackRest configuration is logged during startup of the crunchy-postgres container
