CryoGrid Community source code for GMD publication

This release contains the version of the source code of the CryoGrid Community model as it described in the article "The CryoGrid community model - a multi-physics toolbox for climate-driven simulations in the terrestrial cryosphere" which has been submitted to the journal Geoscientific Model Development.

CryoGrid community model version 1.0

First release of the CryoGrid community model, which comprises different subsurface modules for permafrost applications. Bug fixes will be tagged as ver1.1, ver1.2, etc, and new releases with added functionality will be tagged ver2.0, ver3.0, etc.
