- Renaming the cli/ package to cbw_cli/ to avoid name conflicts with the standard cli module
- Renaming cli/cyberwatch-cli to cbw_cli/cyberwatch_cli.py
- Updating the pyproject.toml file and removing the now-obsolete setup.py
- Updating 3 imports to use cbw_cli instead of cli
