Deal with remaining 'todo's in the source.
The diff looks large, but this is mainly diff not nicely figuring out that I removed 1. some sentences, 2. some commented text and 3. some todo-items, while not changing the inverwoven text a lot.
However, due to the size I'd rather have another set of eyes on it.
