To minimize the CPU load on the blockchain the epoch end system transactions have been deactivated with block 112304
with the upcoming DAO Proposal, we can reactivate the normal operation.
This Update schedules the normal behavior with block 144000.

V4.0.2 regular block time activation
Update 4.0.2:
4.0.2 requiers both: a spec.json so we return to the 3 seconds block interval, and a Nodesoftware update, that does not do empty blocks anymore during the Key Gen Phase and does garbage collect invalid Service Transactions.

cd Diamond # Directory where of your Diamond Repository.
git pull # updates the spec.json + a small fix for first time deployments.
./build-from-source.sh # this will pull the latest diamond node source code and builds a Node.
