fixes photomet not accepting backplanes

Description

PHASE_ANGLE_FILE, INCIDENCE_ANGLE_FILE, EMISSION_ANGLE_FILE are cube types instead of file. Between versions 7.0 and 7.1 there was a change requiring cube types to use GetCubeName and file types to use GetFileName. See #4779. These parameters were missed in this update.

Successfully ran photomet with ANGLESOURCE=blackplanes and specifying PHASE_ANGLE_FILE, INCIDENCE_ANGLE_FILE, and EMISSION_ANGLE_FILE.
