- Fixes vampire lord level 0 getting instantly ashed under the sun
- Vampire levels now properly add more time under the sun before you get dusted, with often reminders about being under the light of sun
- Tresholds are 15 seconds for stock vlord, 30 seconds for vlord level 1, 1 minute for vlord level 2, a minute and half for vlord level 3, and NEVER GETTING DUSTED NOR DAMAGED AGAIN AT FULL ASCENSION!
- Fixes some runtimes in code whenever someone died or got dusted by simple life checks, or checking their appropiate parent callbacks to prevent runtimes due to null parent
- Uncomments testing mode dear god don't do this ever again
- Makes dun manor the forced map for testing

* general codework of gemeralds and balance

adds more chances to get an random ore on high rarity ore turfs, a 10% more so is an 60% in total, adds gemeralds into the list of things to drop, making them finally obtainable ranging from COAL to DIAMONDS!

then adds a proper balance among the iron and copper imports, making 50 mammons the import of copper for 5 ores, a total of 10 mammons per ore when you can buy a bar for 10 at the stockpile, proteccionist economic measures for the island are real... yes

then lowers the ammount of iron import to 4 instead of 5 ores, this means the import of ore won't be a lot of iron to produce into valious steel to speedarm the garrison and king, they can produce a max of 4 steel bars (enough for a king Fullplate) and 2 iron bars that can be made into 4 iron if a miner worked the ground with just 1 piece more, the cost is also drastically increased since is too easy obtain mammons by gamey mechanics like the royal treasury, i hope this leads to more mining expeditions to supply the town and trade

Adds two lines of code to the return family list verb to make it say your spouses name in chat. Due to spouse_name being connected to real_name variable rather than a actual mob in the world. In the future i may look into changing this but it may have some issues with werewolves or transformations.

- "give prayer" changed to "start praying" to make clearer what it does
- Praying now gives 5 devotion and 5 points into cleric level rather than 2 and 2, to accelerate leveling and prevent people from just wordlessly praying during half an hour
- Casting a prayer now levels up that prayer's assigned skill.
- Casting a prayer refunds a percentage of devotion back based on the holy skill level
- Floor of 15 devotion for basic spells to avoid refund exploits
- Churn undead cost lowered from 60 to 50
