Java tracer docs previously did not included `baggage` as a possible value for `DD_TRACE_PROPAGATION_STYLE`. This PR adds the value to the public docs.

I think you'll need to add a new link between lines 115-120. The links inside each tab are unique and may not reference the links from the global page

What's interesting is that the generic "supported configurations" section lists links without a list for its own table. 🤷♂️ I added one for Java anyways
