What file types can PMan's Player open?

Most audio, video, and image formats will be supported (full list here). In addition to those media formats, the following playlist-file formats are supported:

• XSPF format
• M3U format
• PLS format

Can I customize PMan's hotkeys?

In short, no. That feature is planned, but not actively being developed right now.
