Refactor unraid-template.xml for Jotty container

Updated the Jotty container template with new configurations and removed deprecated entries.

You opened the pull request into your own repository rather than Jotty, that's why I couldn't see it.

I have a few of questions about the layout changes

1 - How is the template url being resolved if it's just <TemplateUrl />?
2 - Any reason why all env variables are now set to show always? I thought advanced was also an option
3 - Are you able to also add OIDC_USER_GROUPS, OIDC_USER_ROLES, OIDC_CLIENT_ID_FILE and OIDC_CLIENT_SECRET_FILE? These are new variables I hadn't added to the template yet, if you can't I'll just add them myself when we merge ❤️
