Summary

Detect tumor/normal pairs based on _T/_N sample naming
Run conpair steps only for detected pairs and update report inputs accordingly

Testing

snakemake --lint -s workflow/rules/relatedness_test_day.smk (fails: command not found)
pip install snakemake-minimal (fails: Tunnel connection failed: 403 Forbidden)
