This release adds full support for v1.2 of the control system.
Changelog:
- Add the new init button, and the protocol to support it
- Add proper controller phone and robot battery indicators in the top area
- Make it so buttons are only enabled when pressing them won't crash the robot
- Add a preference for whether to print the keys of telemetry items in the telemetry area
