Overview
Adds support for the new realtime model lucy_2_rt_preview in the SDK model registry by extending the realtimeModels union and providing a matching definition (stream endpoint + 720p@20fps defaults).

Updates the SDK test page (packages/sdk/index.html) to expose the new model in the dropdown and to treat it like lucy_2_rt/mirage_v2 for loading an initial reference image on connect.
