v2025.3.0 Demacia Widget Elestic

this release is due to elastic releases its 2025 kickoff release (not beta).
due to this I pull from them and changes some staff for our kickoff release also

also because elastic moved to new gauge so I update the talon motor section of the voltage to also be the new gauge, like in the release notes the change is not visually.
