Initial release. Working, but needs some improvements.

Known issues :

• Needs more silkscreen annotations to identify packages pads to output pins mapping.
• Thermal vias aren't fabricated on PCBs.io service - but works on OSH Park - and should be bigger.
• Probably should tie the central pad of packages to center pin for logical reasons - needs rerouting.
