Hello
I've made the Pomodoro Timer enhancements!
Changes include:

• Feature Activation: The "Live Pomodoro Timer" card is now correctly linked to the /pomodoro route.
  

• UI Fix: Resolved the Navbar overlap issue by correctly setting padding in PomodoroTimer.jsx.
  

• Bug Fix (Critical): Fixed the unwanted auto-start of the next session (break/work) in the TimerContext.jsx. The timer now stops at  00:00.
  

• UX Enhancement: Added an audio notification when the timer completes.
  

• Docs: Updated the README.md to reflect the new feature.
  

This work was completed as part of GSSoC'25.
