🧠 Description
This PR implements a comprehensive user feedback system for DevSync that includes both a feedback submission mechanism and a feedback review page. The implementation allows both authenticated users and guests to submit feedback, which is stored in the database and displayed on a dedicated feedback review page.
Key Features:
Feedback submission popup with star rating, category selection, and comment field
Support for both authenticated and guest (unauthenticated) users to submit feedback
Anonymous feedback option for privacy
Feedback review page with filtering by rating and category
