v0.5.0-android (First Stable Release)

Stable Release of the Firebase Back-end (or Hive Local Database) utilizing Hacker News Client App, for Android.

Acts as a client for YcCombinator's Hacker News API.

Instructions:

  1. Extract and Unzip HackerNews.zip.
  2. Install on any Android Device.
  3. Sign up an account, Sign in Directly using Google or use Locally without Sign in.
  4. Get access to your own app capable of viewing News Posts, Comments and a Database which tracks which News posts you open.
