Cooks Can Refuel 2.0

Allows cooks to refuel anything with CompRefuelable that is also a meal source.

Vanilla examples: fuelled stove, campfire.

It now also works for mod-added meal sources!

Only refuel FueledStove

Switched to an assembly-based method. Cooks will only refuel the FueledStove defName.

Cooks CAN Refuel

They're no better than the common man! Make them refuel their stoves!
