Hello @pierspad, thank you very much for the Italian translation! We noticed that your PR includes modifications to .config/GIMP/3.0/shortcutsrc, changing several core Photoshop-style shortcuts (e.g., edit-fill-fg, image-duplicate). Since this is a translation-focused PR and we aim to keep the shortcut behavior consistent across the project, could you please revert the changes to the shortcutsrc file and keep only the translation updates? Once the PR contains only the documentation changes, we will be happy to merge it! Thank you for your contribution!

I figured that sorting the languages alphabetically might be better for consistency, but I'll leave the final decision to you.
