You can add it to the PATH by typing the following command in a terminal:
macOS 10.15+:
sudo mv ~/Downloads/osx-razer-led /usr/local/bin/
sudo chmod +x /usr/local/bin/osx-razer-led
macOS 10.14.6 and older:
sudo mv ~/Downloads/osx-razer-led /usr/bin/
