Updated Clerk auth, as well as, removed some old files and packages. Made the initial admin files prep for the migration from Chakra to Mantine.
In the future I will make the full switchover to Mantine within my admin panel but for now I have just disabled those pages and removed Chakra. I may also make the switch back to NextAuth/Auth.js from Clerk?
