Ultra Prison Core is supported on Minecraft server versions 1.8.8, 1.8.9, 1.9.x, 1.10.x, 1.11.x, 1.12.x, 1.13.x, 1.14.x, 1.15.x, 1.16.x, 1.17.x and 1.18.X . On other version plugin was not tested so its not supported.

No it does not. There are tons of MVdW/PAPI placeholders that should be helpful for your players to be displayed via your own scoreboard system (FeatherBoard for example)

If you have any custom enchants applied to your tool, please double check if you have correctly set-up your WorldGuard region. Block breaking with custom enchants is allowed only in WorldGuard regions starting with "mine" prefix.
