First of all, thanks for this fantastic mod. It's rare to see this level of attention to detail and amount of content. I have done mods in other games and know how much work goes in there.
Here are some new textures for the radioactive debris after a reactor explosion. I'm not much of an artist but I think they came out ok. Maybe a bit too much detail compared to vanilla textures.
There are 2 types, burned looking metal chunks and graphite chunks (inspired by chernobyl). The graphite blocks are not spawned currently though. I guess you need a second skyfaller thing, but I couldn't find the actual code - is it normal for rimworld mods to only ship the assemblies?

One issue I didn't know how to fix is that the normally subtle green glow is overly visible when you zoom out. I believe it has to do with the transparent shader I enabled.
P.S.: I only tested in 1.3
