Upload meta data
The questionnaire contains metadata from the database that cannot be directly measured from the CDM, such as the governance procedure etc.
In addition, a dashboard is added that shows aggregated information such as the number of patients over time which is extracted from the CDM. This can be found on the topbar of the database view:
The data is also used to generate network level visualisations:
To generate this data a R-package has to be executed and the results can be uploaded in the Database Catalogue.
