This project is the web site for the Metro Federation of Libraries. The web site registers library customers with other member libraries. Registered customers become regular customers of the other federated libraries with (almost) all rights of access they enjoy at their home library.

This repository uses Composer for dependency management.
Run composer install to install the required vendor libraries such as PHPMailer.
