No. The current builds use a very customized 'retro' style skin. It was chosen and made as a fun gift for a dear friend. Unfortunately, a full skin template system was not considered during development. While the skin can technically be changed by anyone if you know XAML well enough, it's currently very hard-coded in many places making changes more difficult. A refactor/redesign for the UI, including using a more generic default skin is planned at some point, but building out a full skin template system is out of scope at this time.
However if you or someone you know is a wizard with XAML or great with developing UI's, you are more than welcome to contribute to the project!
