Added a new section for AI & Translating that includes free resources, tutorials, and downloadable PDFs focused on artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and machine translation. Organized links to online courses, guides, and open-source tools to make learning AI-based translation more accessible for everyone. This complements the existing sections for programming languages and frameworks.
