Update of the assessment with the rcea package, which fixes a prior issue with the previous code used to assess network-scale cumulative effects, and updates it with the more version of the method available in Beauchesne et al. 2023. This research compendium uses the same release of pipedat as that used by the previous version (v0.0.9).

nceadfo v0.0.9

This release provides the version of the assessment that was presented at the end of the contribution agreement with DFO; v0.0.9 is used rather than v1.0.0 because the assessment is not quite ready for a publication yet and needs a bit more work to be considered in its final format. Still, we create a release that represents the work that was officially completed through the DFO contribution agreement.
