This adds additional mythic mobs options that support the Towny plugin. Originally commissioned for SebTheRed.

Options:

  Conditions:
  # Returns true if the entity or location is in the Wilderness.
  # Aliases: inWilderness{}

  TargetConditions:
  # Returns true if the target and targeter are players whose nations are currently at war.
