SimIO

It' a tiny portable pure C++11 project to test some new ideas about reinforcement learning and to support creating an automatic simulator. Now it is based on Eigen who provides operators of vector or of matrix. So if you want to deal with the image processing, you need some external APIs; This project is a little simple. I will refine it and improve my skills.

TestSimIO.cpp contains some examples; and this project can be easily configured by cmake.

CalcGraph

It's a DAG for the calculation of an expression or the analysis of probabilities. Also, it gives service to the ANN building or other methods about machine learning;

ML

It contains some methods about machine learning including Grauss Process, SVR, and KNN. Those methods share the same kernel about correlations between domain and codomain in data spaces.

NN

There are some neural networks that help people create an agent to represent the relationship between the input and the output;

OPT

OPT includes some global gradient-less optimizers like DE, GA and PSO. For multi-object problems, there are MODE( GDE3 ), MOGA( NSGA2 ) and MOPSO methods. Please read related papers about that. Also, SimIO will provides these optimizers.

SampleGen

We can also name it as DoE which is a collection of methods to generate samples. In some way, FAST, Variogram and Sobol are similarly, but Variogram is more easily to implement.

VirtualRunner

This part is about an automatic simulator -- a user defined process running as a piece of code.
