This PR directly extends the branch from #100 (so merging that first would be the clearest sequence for review and history).

This PR updates all book content to be "Crosslink" aware:

  • It introduces Crosslink in "Status and Next Steps" as a major component and links to the hackmd.
  • It defines Crosslink in terminology.md
  • It updates the "Design Overview" to point out Crosslink is the current candidate for hybrid construction, which is a newly defined term for the protocol component responsible for integrating the DA and Final subprotocols.

It does not describe Crosslink in detail, so this PR simply ensures that the book introduces what it is at a high level and links to it, and removes any inconsistent content.

This fixes #55 .
