This PR directly extends the branch from #100 (so merging that first would be the clearest sequence for review and history).
This PR updates all book content to be "Crosslink" aware:
Crosslinkin "Status and Next Steps" as a major component and links to the hackmd.Crosslinkinterminology.mdCrosslinkis the current candidate forhybrid construction, which is a newly defined term for the protocol component responsible for integrating the DA and Final subprotocols.It does not describe
Crosslinkin detail, so this PR simply ensures that the book introduces what it is at a high level and links to it, and removes any inconsistent content.This fixes #55 .
