Persist Stellar wallet selection across onboarding.
Enforce Freighter-only wallet flow when Stellar is selected.
Updated frontend/src/types/index.ts with new type definitions.
Added new services:
frontend/src/services/stellar.ts – handles Stellar wallet interactions.
frontend/src/services/ipfs.ts – IPFS integration support.
frontend/src/hooks/useTokenDeploy.ts – hook for token deployment.
