Update Al Bashra, Gorodok, Mestia, Yehorivka & Add Goosebay, Manic-5.
Minimap and height map are up-to-date for Squad 2.14.
Capture points in mapdata are not updated / added.
Yehorivka is tested and working correctly, others are not tested.
PS: I merged Lord-Valen's Anvil into this branch as I'm updating my local source.
And sorry for I keep making mistakes on sending the pull request because my Chrome keeping unresponsive as it wants to render 3000+ changed image :(
