Padding before h1 and h2 in documentation, makes docs easier to read

There is no whitespace around the main titles/subtitles (h1 and h2) in the html documentation which makes it harder to read.

We are planning a rewrite of the documentation as it stands. We will consider your recommendations, but as of now, we are freezing changes the current docs. Hopefully, we will have the new docs by the time we get the next release out
