Contains partial attempt to reverse-engineer the scripting language used in Liarsoft / Railsoft titles.
There's also an updated version of the railiar utility:

*.xfl => Extract archive into folder with same name
*.lwg => Extract canvas into folder with same name
*.wcg => Convert to *.png
*.png => Convert to *.wcg
*.jpg => Convert to *.wcg
*.bmp => Convert to *.wcg
*.gsc => Convert to *.txt for translation
*.txt => Convert back to *.gsc
*.wav => Extract playable *.ogg if detected
Directory => Pack to *.xfl or *.lwg
