The endpoint is returned as a relative URI as specified in RFC7643 (https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc7643#section-6).
If this is not done, RFC-conforming SCIM APIS such as Edu-ID trigger a "Cannot Relativizer URI" error.
