Fix Gnuton Errors Since Overhaul

Fixing Gnution Specific issues identified below:

1. With the regular flash process, I got the error: WARNING: The release version found by MerlinAU does not match the F/W update version.. Yet it continued anyways? Also they should match.

2. With the offline flash, I got the error: No Firmware release URL was found for RT-AX92U router model

3. When starting the script, I got the error: changeLogFile: parameter not set

With the fixes in this PR, here are the results:
