How to use Remere's Map Editor

Download and install RME - (https://github.com/hjnilsson/rme/releases/latest)
Go to RME folder, open data folder and edit clients.xml file.
Change this line from the file https://github.com/hjnilsson/rme/blob/02b2f61288cd04c9b40c8ed89ba6b36c3e065914/data/clients.xml#L113 from <otbm version="1"/> to <otbm version="2"/>.
Open your map or create a new one.
Go to Map -> Properties -> Map Version -> Select 0.6.0, then Client Version -> 7.60
Save
