Changes the @AXISNAME_depends attribute to axis/@reference.
@domna: It would be good if we add inspection of the definition. Based on this (NXmpes, NXmpes_arpes), these references should either be loaded and parsed or not. Also, we could support the old version if we inspect the @Version
