Assistive Gym v1.0 Extension

This release introduces an extension for Assistive Gym v1.0, featuring full support for the TIAGo robot. The TIAGo robot has been successfully integrated within the existing simulation environments, and a new simulation environment, "Object Handover," has been created, specifically for testing the TIAGo robot's assistance capabilities in object transfer scenarios.
