IT-Helpdesk-Spiceworks

This lab simulates a real-world IT Help Desk environment using Spiceworks Cloud Help Desk. I created, managed, and resolved mock tickets that reflect common Level 1 and 2 IT support tasks, documenting detailed troubleshooting steps and resolution notes.
